The DDproperty Agent Awards 2026 celebrates outstanding professionals shaping Thailand’s real estate industry. As Thailand’s leading property platform, DDproperty recognises agents and agencies that demonstrate excellence in digital property marketing and deliver meaningful results through high-performing listings.

 

In 2026, DDproperty continues to raise the benchmark for listing performance by recognising success across the full consumer journey — from driving visibility to generating genuine consumer interest. Exceptional listings are no longer defined solely by reach, but by how effectively visibility translates into meaningful enquiries.

 

Award winners are evaluated based on overall Listing Performance, measured through Average Unique Users per Listing and Average Enquiries per Listing, alongside active marketplace participation — reflecting both listing effectiveness and inventory scale.

 

The scoring methodology adopts a peer competition approach, where each account is assessed relative to competitors within the same category, ensuring a fair and balanced evaluation across visibility, engagement, and listing performance.

 

The awards also feature the People’s Choice Awards, recognizing agencies that have earned strong trust, preference, and popularity among property seekers through the official voting period.

Award Categories

There are a total of 50 award categories designed to recognize top-performing agents and agencies across residential, commercial, and consumer-voted categories.

The awards are divided into two main groups:

  1. Top Agent Awards
  2. Top Agency Awards and People’s Choice Agency Awards

Geographic Area Breakdown

For residential award categories, Bangkok and surrounding areas are grouped into three key geographic zones: Central Bangkok, Outer Bangkok, and Greater Bangkok. These geographic groupings are used to ensure fair evaluation across markets with different demand patterns and property seeker behavior.

Central Bangkok​

Selection Criteria & Evaluation

To ensure transparency and a data-backed process, the following criteria apply for the January – September 2026 evaluation period:

Top Performance Agent & Agency

Account Tenure: Account must be activated with DDproperty before 1 January 2026

 

Subscription Package: Must be on a Pro, Superstar, Corporate, or Corporate Plus package.

 

Trusted Status: Open only to verified Agents and Agencies.

 

Listing Requirements:

A) Landed House, Condominium and Commercial:

  • Agent Accounts: Average of ≥ 30 listings per category criteria.
  • Corporate Accounts: Average of ≥ 100 listings per category criteria.

B) Land:

  • Agent Accounts: Average of ≥ 10 listings per category criteria.
  • Corporate Accounts: Average of ≥ 20 listings per category criteria.

 

Evaluation Framework: Final score = weighted combination of Exposure and Enquiry

People's Choice Agency

Account Tenure: Agency must have at least 2 renewals with DDproperty.

 

Subscription Package: Must be on a Corporate or Corporate Plus package.

 

Listing Requirements: Must maintain an average of ≥ 150 active listings per month.

 

Central Evaluation: Based on the highest voting scores from consumers.

Top performer awards:

Eligible individuals will be scored according to the following calculation based on a holistic evaluation of listing performance across visibility, consumer engagement, and listing scale.

Final Score = (Exposure Index Score x 60%) + (Enquiry Index Score x 30%) + (Listing Volume Score x 10%)

  • Exposure Index Score: Percent Rank of Average Unique Users per Listing (Total Unique Users ÷ Number of Listings), reflecting listing visibility and audience reach.
  • Enquiry Index Score: Percent Rank of Average Unique Enquiries per Listing (Total Unique Enquiries ÷ Number of Listings), reflecting consumer interest and enquiry generation.
  • Listing Volume Score: Percent Rank of total active listings, reflecting marketplace participation and inventory scale.

Note:

  • Performance Evaluation Window: 1 January 2026 – 15 September 2026

People's Choice Agency Awards:

Final Score = Total number of valid public votes received during the official voting period.

The People’s Choice Awards are determined through public voting by consumers and property seekers during the official voting period. The top three agencies receiving the highest number of valid votes will be announced as winners.
