Get Certified in 2 Simple Steps

STEP 1: BE

We check to ensure you are who you say you are. You must submit the following to be verified:

  Take a photo with your government-issued ID Card or Passport

  LINE ID, Phone Number and Email

  Your DDproperty agent profile must reflect your Full name and Profile photo as per your government-issued ID card or Passport

  If you’re under a Verified agency, please submit one of the following:
  Letter of verification from agency
  Your name card from agency
  Latest commission / payslip from agency

STEP 2: BE

Agent Certification is the highest level of professional accreditation awarded to agents who demonstrate strong commitment to your profession by fulfilling either of these 2 criteria: ​

Criteria 1

Complete 3 property transactions in the last 12 months and submit the following:​

       Agent Appointment Agreement​

       Copy of Deed​
       Purchase or Rental Agreement (ทด.13 / อช.16)

Criteria 2

To be awarded at least 1 certificate from DDproperty’s recognised institutions

Thailand Professional Qualification Institute (TPQI)

Requirement: Awarded at least 1 certificate from Level 1 to 7 – Professional Real Estate Business in Real Estate Agent for Real Estate Agent Occupation

Upskill at over 30% discount for DDproperty agents when you sign up for any of these courses! Follow the instructions to register so we can identify and certify you after you’ve completed your course!

Thai Real Estate Business School (TREBS)

Requirement: Completed at least 1 course with certificate

Eligible course:
  Property Agent Course (Usual: THB 8,000 – 3 days)​
  Super Marketing Course (Usual: THB 12,000 – 2 days)​
  Law for Real Estate Course (Usual: THB 24,000 – 4 days)​
  Property Valuation Course (Usual: THB 24,000 – 4 days)

Price: 10% off Usual price as above

How to register: Go to bit.ly/DDxTREBS and select a course. Please tick box ‘DDproperty Member’ on the registration form.

Thai Real Estate Broker Association (TREBA)

Requirement: Completed at least 3 courses with certificates

Eligible course:
  Design Thinking for Real Estate Brokers (6 hours)​
  Sale Process – Technique Finding the Property to Sell for Real Estate Agents (6 hours)​
  Brokerage Law & Innovation (6 hours)​
  Digital Marketing for Real Estate Brokers (6 hours)​
  Valuer Appraisal for Real Estate Broker (6 hours)

Price: THB1,000 per course (Usual price: THB1,500 per course)

DDproperty launched Agent Certification, with the aim to raise the professionalism and competencies of agents by awarding certification to those who have attained the highest level of standard and instill consumer trust and confidence.

​To be certified, agents must show commitment to your profession by demonstrating that you’re active in the business with verifiable transactions or upskilling with DDproperty’s partner institutions.

There is no expiry to your Agent Certification. Upon the award of Agent Certification, it’ll be displayed on your public profile and listings indefinitely.

Agent Certification is not available for Corporate account holders. However Corporate account holders are eligible to be verified by submitting the following:

  • Business Registration (DBD document with Tax ID)
  • Official Website link
  • Official Account Line ID (or Facebook/LinkedIn company page)
  • Email
