Judging Criteria: Focus on “Quality” and “Real Performance”
The DDproperty Agent & Agency Impact Awards 2025 honor agents and agencies who achieve outstanding visibility for their listings. The judging criteria are based on real data measuring Listing Visibility, evaluated by the average number of Total Unique Users per listing on DDproperty—across both sale and rental categories in various regions nationwide.
The evaluation process prioritizes listing quality over listing quantity, with the number of Unique Users being the most important factor. This reflects the winners’ true success in generating high visibility, engaging property seekers, and contributing to sustainable market growth.
