Awards Categories 2026

There are a total of 50 award categories designed to recognize top-performing agents and agencies across residential, commercial, and consumer-voted categories.

The awards are divided into two main groups:

  1. Top Agent Awards
  2. Top Agency Awards and People’s Choice Agency Awards

The Top Agent Awards recognise individual real estate agents who demonstrate outstanding listing performance across Thailand’s property market. Award categories are thoughtfully segmented by geography, property type, and transaction focus, covering both Residential and Commercial listings across Sales and Rental categories to ensure excellence is recognised across diverse markets and areas of expertise.

 

There are a total of 20 Top Agent Awards, divided into four groups:

Top Performer in Residential Rentals – Agent Awards

8 Awards

These awards recognize individual agents with the strongest performance in residential rental listings. Eligible residential rental categories include condominiums, apartments, and housing, evaluated across key geographic areas

Top Performer in Residential Sales – Agent Awards

10 Awards

These awards recognize individual agents with the strongest performance in residential sales listings. Eligible categories include condominiums, apartments, houses, and residential land where applicable.

Top Performer in Commercial Rentals – Agent Awards

1 Awards

This award recognizes the individual agent with the strongest performance in commercial rental listings nationwide. Eligible commercial property types include offices, retail spaces, shophouses, warehouses, industrial properties, hotels, and other business-use properties.

Top Performer in Commercial Sales – Agent Awards

1 Awards

This award recognizes the individual agent with the strongest performance in commercial sales listings nationwide. The category covers all major commercial property types listed on DDproperty.

The Top Agency Awards recognise real estate agencies that demonstrate outstanding listing performance across Thailand’s property market. Award categories are thoughtfully segmented by geography, property type, and transaction focus, covering both Residential and Commercial listings across Sales and Rental categories. These awards celebrate agencies that consistently deliver high-impact listings, drive meaningful property seeker engagement, and uphold a high standard of digital property marketing.

Top Performer in Residential Rentals – Agency Awards

12 Awards

These awards recognize agencies with the strongest performance in residential rental listings. Categories cover condominiums, apartments, and housing across Bangkok, Greater Bangkok, key tourism markets, and provincial areas.

Top Performer in Residential Sales – Agency Awards

13 Awards

These awards recognize agencies with the strongest performance in residential sales listings. Eligible property types include condominiums, apartments, houses, and residential land where applicable.

Top Performer in Commercial Rentals – Agency Awards

1 Awards

This award recognizes the agency with the strongest performance in commercial rental listings nationwide. It covers all major commercial asset types listed on DDproperty.

Top Performer in Commercial Sales – Agency Awards

1 Awards

This award recognizes the agency with the strongest performance in commercial sales listings nationwide. Eligible commercial property types include offices, retail spaces, shophouses, warehouses, industrial properties, hotels, and other commercial assets.

People’s Choice Agency Awards

3 Awards

The People’s Choice Agency Awards are special recognition awards given to agencies that receive the highest number of valid consumer votes during the official voting period. Unlike performance-based categories, winners are determined entirely by verified public voting, highlighting agencies that have earned top trust, preference, and recognition among property seekers. The top three agencies with the highest valid vote counts will be recognised with the People’s Choice Agency Awards.

Geographic Area Breakdown

For residential award categories, Bangkok and surrounding areas are grouped into three key geographic zones: Central Bangkok, Outer Bangkok, and Greater Bangkok. These geographic groupings are used to ensure fair evaluation across markets with different demand patterns and property seeker behavior.
