What is a Listing Card?

A Listing Card is the property listing card displayed on the DDproperty search results page. It is the first thing Property Seekers see before clicking to view the full listing details.  It displays key property information - including photos, price, location, and other important details - helping create a strong first impression and attract more attention to your listing. 

How is the new Listing Card different from the previous version? 

The new Listing Card is designed to present property information more clearly and prominently, helping listings stand out on the search results page.  Its size and the amount of information displayed now vary by subscription package, allowing agents and agencies to showcase their listings, strengthen their brand presence, and present a more professional image to property seekers. 

Will this change affect my existing package benefits?

No. You will continue to enjoy all the benefits included in your current subscription package. The Starter package will continue to feature the same standard Listing Card size as today, displaying all essential property information, including photos, price, and location. This update enhances the experience for higher-tier packages with larger Listing Cards and additional display features, giving listings greater visibility and helping them stand out even more.


Can I still increase my Listing Card size by using other features after the new Listing Card update?

Currently, Boost and Turbo only help improve your listing's ranking.  Featured Agent remains the only feature that both boosts your listing's ranking and enlarges your Listing Card to an extra-large size for maximum visibility.  Learn more about how the additional features work. 

What Listing Card size will be displayed for Featured Agent listings?

Featured Agent listings will be displayed using an extra-large Listing Card, equivalent to the Corporate Plus package size, regardless of the agent’s current package tier.  Learn more about the Featured Agent 


Can I add a video to my listing if I'm not using the Corporate Plus package? 

Yes. All subscription packages support both video file uploads and video links within property listings.  Corporate Plus customers enjoy an additional premium benefit: videos can be displayed as a Video Cover with Auto Play directly on the Listing Card, helping listings stand out and capture more attention from property seekers.  For the best upload experience, we recommend using an MP4 file that is 1–2 minutes long, with a resolution of 720 × 1280 pixels (vertical) or 1280 × 720 pixels (horizontal). The maximum supported file size is 50 MB per video, although 30 MB or less is recommended for optimal performance. 


Do I need to edit or create a new listing to use the new Listing Card format?

No. You do not need to create a new listing. The system will automatically display the Listing Card according to the package and benefits applied to the listing. However, agents should ensure that the listing photos, price, location, and property information are accurate and up to date so the Listing Card can be displayed effectively. 

Will the new Listing Card be displayed on both the website and mobile devices?

Yes. The new Listing Card follows the same design principles and display logic across both the DDproperty website and mobile app. However, some display elements may be optimised to suit different screen sizes and layouts, ensuring the best viewing experience across all devices. 

Can I choose the size of my Listing Card?

No. The Listing Card size cannot be manually selected or adjusted for individual listings. The size will be determined automatically according to the package and benefits applied to the listing. However, listings using the Featured Agent benefit will be displayed with an extra-large Listing Card, regardless of the package tier. 

Does a larger Listing Card improve the listing ranking?

The purpose of a larger Listing Card is to help the listing stand out and present more information on the search results page. The listing ranking is determined by other factors, such as when the listing was posted and the use of additional features, including Boost, Turbo, or Featured Agent. 

Will the Listing Card size change if I upgrade my package?

Yes. Once the new package becomes active, the Listing Card will be adjusted according to the size and benefits included in that package, subject to DDproperty’s terms and conditions. 

Is there an additional fee for the new Listing Card format? 

There is no additional charge for using the Listing Card included with the benefits of your current package.  Customers who would like a larger Listing Card or additional features may consider upgrading their package or purchasing the Featured Agent product.
