The “DDproperty Agent & Agency Impact Awards” celebrate real estate professionals who demonstrate exceptional impact through high-performing property listings. This prestigious recognition is awarded to agents and agencies who drive the strongest listing visibility, measured by the Number of Total Unique Users (from each criteria area) per Listing across Sales and Rentals, within their respective listing territories. 

 

By focusing on Unique Users per Listing, the award emphasizes quality over quantity—recognizing those who not only list properties but do so in a way that consistently captures attention, engages property seekers, and drives market activity. These professionals set the benchmark for effective digital property marketing in Thailand’s real estate landscape.

Award Categories

Selection Criteria:

TOP Agent / Top Agency Award

This award is given to agents or agencies who meet the following criteria:

Rising Star Award

This award recognizes new and emerging talent, with the following criteria:

  • Account Tenure: Renewed their subscription more than 2 consecutive times
  • Subscription Package: Currently on a Pro, Superstar, or CorpPlus package
  • Trusted Agent Status: Must be a verified Agent or Agency
  • Total Number of Active Property Listings (during January 2025 – August 2025):
    • Agent package subscription: ≥ 30 listings
    • Corporate package subscription: ≥ 30-90 listings (Depending on the area)
  • Account Tenure: Renewed their subscription less than 2 consecutive times
  • Subscription Package: Currently on a Pro, Superstar, or CorpPlus package
  • Trusted Agent Status: Must be a verified Agent or Agency
  • Total Number of Active Property Listings (during January 2025 – August 2025): ​
    • Agent package subscription: ≥ 30 listings
    • Corporate package subscription: ≥ 150 listings

Criteria of Area:

  1. Central Bangkok – 9 districts: Phra Nakhon, Dusit, Pom Prap Sattru Phai, Samphanthawong, Phaya Thai, Huai Khwang, Din Daeng, Ratchathewi, Wang Thonglang
  2. Northern Bangkok – 7 districts: Bang Khen, Bang Sue, Chatuchak, Don Mueang, Lat Phrao, Lak Si, Sai Mai
  3. Eastern Bangkok – 9 districts: Nong Chok, Bang Kapi, Min Buri, Lat Krabang, Bueng Kum, Prawet, Khan Na Yao, Saphan Sung, Khlong Sam Wa
  4. Southern Bangkok – 10 districts: Bang Rak, Pathum Wan, Phra Khanong, Yan Nawa, Sathon, Bang Kho Laem, Khlong Toei, Suan Luang, Watthana, Bang Na
  5. Thonburi North – 8 districts: Thon Buri, Bangkok Yai, Khlong San, Taling Chan, Bangkok Noi, Bang Phlat, Chom Thong, Thawi Watthana
  6. Thonburi South – 7 districts: Bang Khun Thian, Phasi Charoen, Nong Khaem, Rat Burana, Bang Khae, Thung Khru, Bang Bon
  7. Central region (Non-Bangkok)
  8. East region (EEC)
  9. North region
  10. South region

Timeline for the Award

Evaluation Criteria

Eligible individuals will be scored according to the following formula:

Total Unique Users ÷ No. of Listings = Points

Note:

 

  • Performance Evaluation Window: January 2025 – August 2025
  • The Judges’ decision is final
